Do you have a show room or anywhere I can have a look at some of the furniture?
We have a small show room here onsite in Leicester. We would be happy to show you any furniture we currently have in-stock. Opening hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
I have hardwood or easily scratched flooring is there any extra care I can take to protect against scratches?
We recommend soft felt pads available from most hardware stores which will stick to the bottoms of feet If your flooring is particularly prone to scratching.
I can't find a product on your site I've seen in your style?
Get in touch with us, we can help to source many products that we don't currently have listed on our site.
Do you have an item in stock?
We try to keep the stock on the website as accurate as possible. If an item isn't in stock we have regular deliveries to replensh our levels. If a product doesn't have a date on when the it will next be in stock please contact us and we can order it in for you.
Can I place an order over the phone?
The best way to place an order is online, however we our staff can take orders over the phone.
Why is my order not with me?
We aim to get all orders out with-in one day of payment. In some cases this may not be possible due to high demand on the warehouse or severe weather or delays with the courier. In these cases we will get your order to you as soon as possible and will contact you if for any reason there is an unexpected prolonged delay.
Can I track my order?
Of course, tracking numbers are usually sent out via email, if you haven't received your tracking number please feel free to send us an email or give us a call and we will provide you with it.
I've found an error on the site or am unable to place an order.
Please get in contact with us and we will get to the bottom of the problem swiftly.
Which courier do you use?
For the majority of orders we use DPD, check the details on the shipping details page for more information.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
We sure do, contact us for shipping prices and lead times.
My Item arrived damaged what should I do?
In this situation the best course of action is to photograph and damage or defect along with the condition of the packaging on arrival. Send these images along with your order number to email@example.com and we will get the problem sorted for you.
Only half of my order has arrived what should I do?
Often orders are split into multiple boxes. It can sometimes occur that a parcel has been placed on to a second van, in this case it should still arrive on the same day. If it doesn't arrive give us a call the next day and we will chase it up for you.
Where are your cabinets made?
Our handcrafted cabinets are crafted right here onsite in the Midlands.
Do you offer any more wood types or finishes?
We can accommodate to most requests. If you know the material we can source it or if you would like an help or advice give us a call and we are happy to help.
I would like different coloured doors on my cabinet or table what colours can I have?
We can match any colour from the RAL colour chart if you provide us with the code we can match the colour.
What information can you give me about Customised Cabinets
Customisations to cabinets that are requested by you are one off bespoke pieces. We will work with you to ensure you get the perfect piece of furniture. You can change sizes, add draws, request colours, add shelves the possibilities are endless! Customisations will be quoted price wise when you get in-touch. Please note as these are built to requested specifications we can not resell customised items they are non refundable.
