We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working day of payment; however, if you would like to arrange a specific day of delivery or have a time critical order contact us and we can advise and arrange this for you.
Larger items eg, lounge chairs, tables and some lighting will have to be dispatched via a larger item courier or on a pallet. Our logistics team will book these deliveries in with you, we aim to get as close to to delivery in 1 week however in busier periods this maybe slightly prolonged, again we aim for a fast dispatch.
For handcrafted or made to order items 4 weeks should be allowed for production and shipping time. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signiture at the time of delivery.
Tracking Numbers for orders are usually sent via email. If you don't receive your tracking details by email feel free to get in touch with us and we will happily provide it for you. Tracking details of collected items are updated around 7pm on the day of collection and will update on the day of delivery before 10pm.
We use DPD predominently but on some occasions Parcel Force or TNT may be used, on these occasions you will be informed of the alternative courier being used.
Deliveries made in parcels are usually sent via DPD and any associated subsiduaries across Europe. Tracking details are available for all parcel orders and will provide an hour time slot on the day of delivery. Orders can be tracked using the website www.dpd.co.uk. Tracking details of collected items are updated around 7pm as collected and will update on the day of delivery before 10pm.

Saturday Delivery is available on UK mainland orders for an additional price this has to be selected on check out. This will be sent out for the next Saturday after the order is placed. With a specified Saturday Delivery the order will arrive on the Saturday and not on the weekdays leading up to it. Please note: If the delivery is missed the next attempt for delivery would be on a weekday. Cut off for Saturday Delivery is the Friday before by 12.

Shipping costs are calculated on orders through the website before purchasing. Often multiple chairs will be packaged together where safe and possible to keep shipping costs minimal. On larger orders we may advise or switch delivery to palletised delivery.
Palletised Or Larger Item Deliveries
With larger items, depending on location, orders will be either be sent via a pallet company or via our in-house delivery team. For both of these you will be directly contacted by either our selves or the delivery company directly to arrange a delivery time.
Deliveries are to the outside of your property and not into, this is due to insurance purposes. We recommend you have the required help available to move your order safely into your premise on the pre-arranged day.
On larger items we also offer for an addition price a white glove service which includes delivery into a location of your choice, assembly of the item(s) & removal of packaging.
Missed or Refused Deliverys
Most companies parcel companies will leave a calling card to enable you to arrange a redelivery. Three (3) Attempts to deliver are usually given before the item is returned to us, it is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Deliveries which have been missed at pre-arranged times or after multiple attempts and have been returned to us will be subject to additional charges to allow the order to be sent out again for re-delivery.
We package your order in a way that provides safe and sustainable transit. Our cardboard boxes, dividers and protective plastic covers are all 100% recyclable.
For palletised items we may add additional cardboard to ensure the order is fully protected. These are also recyclable and should be disposed of appropriatly. Most smaller companies and industrial estates will happily take your used wooden pallet off you and reuse it. You can also check for local pallet recycling schemes and incentives.
Before disposing of packaging please check your purchase as returns often require the product to be returned in the original packaging.
